ADHD or ADD

Who should be tested for ADHD?

People experiencing any of the following symptoms should be evaluated:

  • Disorganization

  • Difficulty completing work, assignments, or other tasks.

  • Lack of focus

  • Poor attention to detail

  • Easily distracted

  • Forgetful in daily activities

  • Fidgeting or squirming in seat

  • Difficulty awaiting one's turn

  • Difficulty playing or working quietly

  • "On the go" as if driven by a motor

  • Excessive talking or interrupting

Many adults experience undiagnosed ADHD that impacts their work/school performance, social-emotional functioning, and overall mental health. It is never too late to be evaluated! Most private insurance plans cover ADHD testing costs (at least partially), and Neeley Psychological Services handles the insurance preauthorization process (if required).

Comprehensive Evaluations

Diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) requires a comprehensive evaluation by a trained clinician who is experienced in diverse presentations of neurodivergence.  An accurate evaluation includes several components, including behavioral observation and a structured diagnostic assessment of social traits, repetitive behaviors, restricted/fixated interests, and sensory experiences.  Dr. Neeley's ASD assessment protocol includes the psychological testing industry's best practices and leading assessment instruments.  A detailed written diagnostic report will be provided at the conclusion of the assessment.
